Imagine my delight when I discovered a hotel that ticked all the boxes - a fridge/freezer in the common area, a spotless lift that smelled fresh, and a fantastic pool for a refreshing dip. Despite a minor hiccup with the air conditioning in our room, the manager's gracious response saved the day. the breakfast spread was delightful, and my granddaughter had a blast on the water slide at the pool. the staff's sunny disposition and professionalism were truly commendable. In a nutshell, this hotel effortlessly blends functionality with charm, offering a delightful stay that left me thoroughly impressed. Grazie mille for a wonderful experience!
